Form Corporations
• Is a corporation best for your business? If so, we’ll form it for you.
• We don’t merely form the corporation by filing articles of incorporation.
• We prepare everything as a one-stop shop - articles, bylaws, initial minutes, federal I.D., S election, corporate seal, stock certificates, Secretary of State filing of Statement of Information.
• Sure, it’s less expensive to do it yourself online, but you could miss a documents or two that will eventually cost more at the end.
Form Limited Liability Companies (LLC)
• Is an LLC the best entity to protect your investments? If so, we’ll create it for you.
